I rented a Jeep on the website, but they gave me a Kia. Although the models are similar, I was still a bit disappointed at first. There was Chinese service in San Francisco, but the upselling took quite a long time. Nevertheless, picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick.

The service attitude is extremely poor. They get upset if you don't purchase additional services, give you a cold attitude, and speak so softly it's hard to hear. They also don't repeat what they say. Very bad experience!

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.
