When I arrived, Hertz was the only company with customers. There was someone completing their process ahead of me. An employee from Thrifty came over to assist, and everything was arranged fairly quickly.
The 24-hour service hotline and the store phone were unreachable! Their working hours are reduced during holidays, and they did not arrange staff to be on duty!
Kudos to Hertz! As expected from a large company, their service is efficient and seamless. You just need to stand by the roadside, and the staff will drive the car right up to you.

Very basic counter. Very old car with lots of scratches, lots of KMs, etc. Not the type of car that you expect when you are paying for a Hertz that has a premium price attached to it.
