I bought insurance online, but when picking up the car, they insisted I buy insurance again. The customer service told me to pay first and they would handle it later, but they never did. I ended up spending a few hundred more for nothing. Very disappointing. I suggest everyone avoid renting from this platform, it's full of pitfalls.
Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty.
The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.
Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.
Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.
