Overall good, but I got a ticket. I asked the staff how much the fine is, and they took me outside the store, then told me to pay 1000 baht. It felt a bit suspicious.

The service was quite good, but the car was a bit too big for a family of three. It was difficult to find parking when visiting the night market.

The rental location is right at the end after turning left from the exit. My flight was delayed and I arrived at midnight, but the staff were still waiting and carefully inspected the car with me. After completing the paperwork, I set off without any issues. Returning the car was also very smooth. However, they took my driver's license notarization and didn't return it when I returned the car. Since the exit near A-RENT is an exit-only gate, the security guard there had to help call the staff out for me.

Great car rental experience. The car was new. Excellent service.

The service attitude is great, and they are very helpful. However, their English communication skills could be better.
