Booked an X3 but got a Land Rover Discovery Sport, a brand new car with only 1600 miles on it… But the air conditioning was broken! Picked it up on a Sunday and no one could fix it, and there were no other cars to switch to. We had to drive north on the highway with the windows down. Sigh… It's better to choose a big company! The service was pretty good. They were extremely thorough when inspecting the car during exchange. The refund of the deposit was a bit slow.

The efficiency in the UK is really low. When renting the car, the two gentlemen were quite fast. When returning the car, it was two ladies with a total of two customers, but I still had to wait for an hour. The car condition was good, and the service attitude was also fine. Overall, it was quite convenient.

The car I booked was not available, but based on my luggage needs, the company upgraded me to an SUV. From a few available cars, I chose the unlimited mileage XC60. The end result was satisfactory.
