The service was terrible! The car broke down halfway, and they asked the customer to contact the car supplier on their own. They didn't provide a replacement vehicle and asked the customer to take a taxi back from 70km away from the destination. The rental company would cover the taxi fare, but it had to be done before they closed, otherwise, they would be off duty! They even said they reserved the right to hold the customer responsible after the vehicle inspection report is out!? Unbelievable. Especially since I already pointed out that the clutch felt off when I picked up the car. Still, they said they would wait for the inspection report before making any decisions. Also, the car provided was not the model I originally rented; it had a lower chassis. When driving in heavy snow, its passability was terrible!
Picking up the car was smooth, but returning it was a bit troublesome. The main issue was the inaccurate navigation to the return location, which didn't lead to the parking lot entrance. This caused us to circle around four times and ask for directions twice before finding the entrance.
No need to line up, pickup was immediate. They tried to upsell insurance, but we had already gotten full coverage through QEEQ, so we didn't buy the insurance they recommended. The rental staff didn't provide any introduction to the car and simply handed over the keys.

We booked the car to start rental at 9am, we were there at around 8:35 to prevent delay, completed all documentation at around 8:45am, was told that the rental will start at 8:30am since we were early, however i felt unfair so i requested to start at 9am instead, the lady who served us said we will have to wait until 9am. So i agreed and thought they will hand us the key at around 8:50am and go through the car with us so we can leave on time. However we were only served at 9:00am, by the time we got the car was way past 9am. Also during the waiting time, I realized my flight print out and other documents were mis-handed to the lady while making payment. When i walked to the counter and asked if my document was with her, the lady was quite rude and asked me to wait for my turn. We were not given Volkswagen Polo as booked on Easyrentcars.com. No explanation given as well. The man who served us for the car return had better attitude.
