Large companies are generally more reliable choices

Fortunately, the mistake was found and corrected in time. I rented the car for 4 days, covering approximately 1400 kilometers. Due to the inability to obtain toll and fine information in a timely manner, a pre-authorization of 940 AUD was placed for possible charges. This is understandable, but given today's advanced information technology, I think this could be improved.

I was very satisfied with Hertz this time. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental price was very affordable as I purchased the full insurance package from a promotion. After some consideration at the store, I also opted for the towing insurance at 3 AUD per day. The return location in Melbourne is right in the city center, conveniently on the left side of the road, and the return process was quick. But make sure to return the car on time!
