It's a large company and the car rental service is very professional. This isn't my first time renting from Avis at LAX, so the process was smooth. Nothing special to note, except this time the car was a bit dirty compared to my first rental. Overall, it was good.

Not great at all. The store added insurance without informing us. We chose this rental because it's in Chinese, but they only cared about taking our money without any assistance!

Nightmare! Arrived at the pickup point 40 minutes early, waited past the scheduled pickup time, and was told the reserved car was not available, even though the full amount was paid in advance. Couldn't wait any longer, they finally gave us a smaller Ford. We had many people and a lot of luggage, and drove it for 18 days covering 8300 kilometers. It was crazy!

“Inadequate and bad service”

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car
