The only time I got exactly the car I booked for a self-drive rental.

Initially, we didn't get a child seat, but after calling another branch for help, they resolved the issue the next day.

Renting a car through QEEQ is cheaper compared to other websites. Herts vehicles are a bit expensive, but the condition of the cars is good. The iroad navigation system borrowed for free from QEEQ is terrible, constantly needing to reset after parking and useless at critical moments. I always had to resort to using Google Maps on my phone. Having paid the shipping fee for this device feels like a waste. If there had been a rental fee for this navigation system, it would have been a complete regret. This is by far the worst navigation system I've ever used.

Picking up the car was very convenient. There's a counter at the airport right next to the baggage claim, and there's a dedicated parking lot just outside the terminal.
