Very responsible, no need to queue, ample car availability

The staff are very friendly, the car is new and performs well. The shuttle service to and from the airport is more convenient compared to picking up the car in the terminal building.

The car's condition was excellent! It was basically brand new, and the service was five-star. Due to my carelessness, I locked the car keys inside the car in Switzerland, but the company, based in Germany, resolved it within a few hours! Thank you so much!

The car was fantastic. We booked a C-class wagon but got an upgrade to a JEEP Grand Cherokee Diesel with only 5000 kilometers on it. My husband had an amazing time driving it in Switzerland. However, we're not sure how long the pre-authorization takes to be refunded. It took a bit of time to pick up and return the car since there was no counter, but everything else was great.

Very satisfied. The entire trip went smoothly with no issues with the car. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic; the only minor drawback was that their English wasn't great, which made communication a bit challenging.
