The new receptionist was really inexperienced. It took her half an hour to process a case, constantly seeking help from other colleagues. She only handed over the keys without accompanying us to inspect the car. When I saw the car, I was heartbroken. Later, I'll share my Damage Check with everyone. Some people had reservations but no cars available. The receptionist said it wasn't their problem and if you want to complain or get angry, go ahead. There's nothing they can do. Oh my God, what an attitude!

Took me 45 mins to rent a car .
The car I had asked for was not available so I was given a small car.
The parking is on 9th floor which takes 10 mins more to pick and drop.
No after hour service or drop off option

Atlas still havent refunded my security deposit though its over a month.. I rented the car on 9th March and its 17th April, there is no sign of refund.
Every time I call them, they say its in process.
