The service was very attentive. I only waited about five minutes when signing the paperwork. The staff noticed I was Chinese, so they adjusted their Australian accent and speaking speed. They spoke very standard English, which made me very satisfied. The processing was smooth. When I went to the nearby parking lot to pick up the car, the staff there were Indian. Their service attitude was decent, around 70 out of 100, but they managed to maintain basic etiquette and service procedures. Just don't expect too much for a smoother service. Also, I have to complain about the parking lot for returning the car. When picking up the car it was on the 7th floor, and for the return, you had to drive to the 10th floor. The tricky part is the entrance on the 2nd floor; it's extremely narrow. I rented a Camry, and the width at the entrance was just barely 10 cm wider than the car itself, plus the entrance is at a turn in the middle level. I had nearly 10 years of driving experience in Beijing, so I consider myself quite experienced, but it still took me around 5 minutes to get through that entrance. The situation was worsened by two parked cars near the entrance that day. Just to emphasize, be very careful at this point! I saw a Chinese couple who got scratched at that entrance; they were discussing the issue with the Indian staff. So, really, be cautious!

During holidays, make sure to pick up your car early to avoid crowds and affecting your schedule! We went to the A'Beckett Street branch in Melbourne on New Year's Day. There were only two counters for processing paperwork, and we arrived during peak time around 10 AM. We queued for over an hour, and actually got the car around noon. However, the return time can be extended accordingly, so if you rent for 48 hours, you can use the full time. Processing was fairly quick, taking 5-10 minutes per group. The insurance upsell was minimal; just say 'no' and they won't push further. The car was in great condition, as described, and very clean inside. The gas tank wasn't full when we picked up the car, and we forgot to ask about it on the spot. We called customer service and they connected us to the branch to confirm, and we were told to return the car with the same amount of fuel. Very efficient service. We quickly received an email with car condition info and photos after pick-up, and if returning during store hours, we received the confirmation email within an hour. Everything went smoothly.

The company is not large but offers decent service. Although there's no location at Sydney Airport, there is a free shuttle from the return location to the airport.
