The conditions of seat was really bad. All the seats had stains. They need steam cleaning or need to get seat covers change. The car seats looks really unhygienic
The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.

The car i got was a rather high mileage Holden car not the Mitsubishi as advertised.
Aucar looks to be a very small company with a limited number of cars, I had no issues with them.
