Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental
The car was an older model and its wasn't smooth in driving. The car didn't even have a standard feature cruise control which make the whole journey tiring.
I was given Hyundi instead of KIA and that too was quite old and noisy.
Good service but could be improved if a little explanation was given especially to first time visitors to Melbourne,like me.
A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal.
There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.
