Very satisfied with this car rental experience in Australia. Quick pickup, standardized service, and no unnecessary insurance upselling. Remind everyone to ensure their credit card allows international payments, and it's good to have a backup card. Driving on the left in Australia is easy to adapt to since the driver sits on the right. Also, remember that besides using the navigation, you shouldn't use your phone in the car, or you could be fined a few hundred AUD if caught.

The two girls who greeted us were very nice, and the lady who handed over the car was very funny. It only took ten minutes to complete everything. The vehicle was very clean and almost new, with just about 10,000 kilometers on it. Their hospitality was excellent; just a few steps outside the door and you're there.

Avis is a big company with quite a few renters. There was a small queue when picking up the car, but overall the process was smooth. It seems like they upgraded my car for free, as I originally booked a Hyundai I20 and ended up with a Mitsubishi SUV. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car.
