The only issue is you have to find their shuttle van service to the pick up location. Regarding the rides I do not like the electronic rear mirror. Totally not use to it, sometimes the screen brightness gets dim and it’s very unsafe.
The car was brand new with less than 2500 kilometers. There are many locations, and there's no fee for returning the car in a different area within Tokyo.
Like: Great service, they spoke a little English which helped! Dislike: The pickup address in the confirmation email did not direct us to the correct location
