Hidden charges are particularly deceptive. They don’t allow changing the main driver, and adding a second driver costs over 130 euros, which is more than double the rental fee. Returning the car half an hour early incurs an additional out-of-hours fee of 55 euros, and the staff doesn’t inform you at all. Definitely a rental company to avoid.

Long queues for ticketing, staff had a very indifferent attitude.

Booking / pickup process atrocious - two hour wait, rude staff & aggressive in tone. Vehicle scratched and dented, with no parcel shelf. Drop off quick and easy, though.
