Easy, simple with friendly staff

Very smooth process. After landing in London, there was a shuttle to take us to the rental location. We received a brand new car, absolutely fantastic. The car was great. Highly recommended.

Overall good, but I have a small complaint. When we arrived at the pickup point, they spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell us different upgraded models. I wouldn't mind this normally, but they ended up using nearly 30 minutes for the sales pitch and counted that as part of my rental time. This means the rental period started from the moment they greeted me, not when we finished the process, and 80% of that time was spent on upselling.

They kept pushing us to rent more expensive cars.

I had an accident when I was traveling in the UK around 1 a.m. But, they didn't respond, and I had to deal with the situation by myself. So, hope to enhance the midnight emergency service. Except for it, it was perfect.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
