it was hard to find the vehicle and the place where it is. the deposit has not been returned until now

This was our first time renting a car and we were trapped. We didn't know we needed to buy full coverage insurance. We thought the included insurance was enough. In the end, we were charged 2000 for a scratch. They wouldn't even let us fix it ourselves, they just wanted the money.
well after all i can say its above average for the reason being some issues arise during my rental.
issues have been resolve by the management smoothly but i hope this wont happen again in the future
