Long wait times, difficult to find the location, and even though I filled up the tank at a nearby gas station, due to navigation issues, I had to circle the terminal twice. When returning the car they insisted the tank wasn't full, which seems impossible.

But it was great and I was totally happy with the mystery car. The desk told me the mystery carton end up being whatever they have but it save me 30% so it was definitely worth it. I was going to be renting it for a long period of time I made a bit more picky, but this is just for one day work trip.

The car was clean and ready for pick up. I was not crazy about the brand but it served its purpose. Service was great, and staff hospitable.

I like the extra features that I received such as health insurance and vehicle insurance. The staff was helpful and polite!
