Usually I have a very smooth process with Rent Plus company, even during the pandemic, but this time I found out a charge no one told me about from my deposit cc and still can't find any reasonable explanation for this from their customer support, for more than 2 weeks. Supper disappointed.
They gave me a new Fabia. It was very clean and nice from every angle. Staff was kind. My deposit didn't refund yet and i'm still waiting but generally i pleased.
Rental vehicle was supposed to be a Mercedes Benz Vito. But the vehicle i was fiven was a very old, loud, and smelly Peogeot Traveller with iver 85,000 km.
I paid for VW Golf "or similar", but got a Skoda Fabia instead. Service counter insisted this is the same category. I did not had internet yet as I just landed from the flight, so I couldn't verify that.
Later, after I checked it I understood I got downgraded. This is a fraud.
My tip for others: check which Skoda is in your class before you go there, so they won't fraud and downgrade you like happened to me.
The man on the counter was nice, but still in general being fraud made me really mad eventually.
the don't give same as i book and not even better was smaller we i say i book different car the stuff say the website of easyrentcars.com they always put pic of nice car to make you book from them but we don't have this car this was when we pick up but other guy when we drop it back was nice person
also still not get back my Deposit he say whine 24 hours but upto today i still not get it back i have paper from them say i retain car was ok its already 7 days
2 weeks after my trip, some "admin fees" have been charged on my credit card.
However all the fees were supposed to be included when I dropp off the car (tank was full, no dammage etc...)
