Good service and cheap

The pickup point was near impossible to locate. They spoke of a 'pink P" sign to stand near, but it could not be seen and was not known by airport staff we asked.(We finally saw it and it was only visable from the incoming road) The pickup vehicle did not have any log on it, and we were finally told the last 3 digits of the registration.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were also mandarin speaking so it made things alot easier.

All was great but the child seat could have been better. The provided seat was too big for my 2 year old.

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

I book car whit full Insurance. (0 axcess), but Great Rentals ask me abou toll fees ($7.2) and labor cost and cleaning fess($160) are total $167.20. This cost they already taken from the holding fees.
