Like: Picking up the vehicle was very easy and everything was explained to us step by step, we were offered different options but with out a hard sell and they weren’t pushed when we said no. Dislike: Although we were extremely happy with the pick up we had it was a shame we didn’t get the one we booked.
The check-out process was slow, and they kept trying to upsell. Returning the car was very convenient, navigation was accurate, just dropped off the key and left, very efficient.
Overall, it's great. The highlight is that you can choose your own car. All the cars of the same type have their trunks open and keys inside the car—just pick one and drive off.
