Upgraded on pickup to a fab Volvo v40. Great service from the team and especially Jason. We had a great experience!

I ordered a 7 seater with 4 cases, when we arrived, we couldn’t even get out passengers and cases in the shuttle to the car hire place hence 2 x trips back and forth to the airport. The car did have 7 seats but no other space, I did ask to change the car during the rental period, but was told there were no other cars available. We were pushed to up sell extra insurance and told that our ‘protectmyexcess insurance’ wouldn’t cover bumps on private land (car parks) and given examples to get us to buy the policy, not the worst car hire, but also not the best!

Booking platform was perfect

Car was ok for a family of four, but the service light was on when we collected it and the tyre pressure warning light came on on the last day.

The service was fine. The car was electric/ petrol.. and the fumes that came from the car was terrible.. causing both myself and my friend headache and very sort eyes. Had to drive with both windows slightly down, even thro it was raining. Mention this when returned the car and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. All I was told that it was being returned the next day..

I will never use easirent again, in fact I will express my feelings to anyone else that needs car hire, the whole experience was horrible
