We had to pay 50 euros extra per day as they didn’t have snow chains. They only had Car with Winter tyres. Very disappointing.

This booking was for a car with summer tires in winter in Switzerland where it is illegal to drive without winter tires. We had to pay an additional £120 for a car that was safe to drive in winter.
