Like: Was given a wonderful brand new hybrid upgrade that saved me lots of money on gas and served my needs better. Kind and helpful staff.
Dislike: The line was long at pickup... Seating for folks (elderly, parents with little kids, etc. needed)...

Like: When I finally got a clean car, it was a good value.
Dislike: There was a long line, the staff weren’t friendly and the first car I was givien was dirty inside and out. The seats were stained, there were several dents and scratches.
