I must say that the local car rental company wasn't called by that name at all!

Fast service

Like: Service was first class, friendly helpful assistant who couldnt have been nicer.
Dislike: Nothing

The rental location was not an office, and it took a long time to get the car delivered after contacting them by phone. For the return at the airport, the phone number left at the office was not answered. Eventually, we found the rental point's number and confirmed several times before the return was completed. The service was truly unsatisfactory.

The deposit has not been refunded yet!

Offer free pick up and drop off. Paying a taxi is just wrong.

Pick up location was rather hard to find. I was expecting some kind of panel or sign indicating there's a car rental. I didn't expect the car rental inside a Honda Sales Center.

Good car, good service, will rent from them again.

The staff asked me to purchase additional insurance for €22 per day.

Employee spoke Russian and nearly ZERO English. Car was filthy inside and outside - took photos. Huge recent dent on rear bumper. Was not informed how to open gas cap. Tank was only at 3/4 full. YOU try filling a tank to match 3/4 full!!! So, you got a tank with more gas than I was rented. So disappointed I have made a note to not ever rent from you again!

Very convenient walking distance from the airport to the rental store. However, since it was a weekend, I was charged an extra 40 euros. They just told me it was a new car, handed me the keys, and said the car was in the parking lot without even accompanying me to check it.

This was my first time ever renting a car. The car was in wonderful condition, drove very nicely, and had a nice built-in navigation screen. The pick up location at Kuressaare airport was a bit confusing because there is no rental counter, so I asked the information woman how it works and she said we had to wait for the driver to arrive at the airport with the car. The waiting was very stressful because I didn't know if they were going to show up; we got there 30 minutes early and the rental driver was only 2 minutes early from when we were supposed to pick up the car, which made paperwork and getting on the road take even longer than anticipated. Overall though, the experience was very good and the driver even helped us get back into town. He was very kind.

It's a bit hard to find the company's counter; staff will wait for customers directly in the rental hall.

Quick , counter staff young lady was extremely helpful, efficient and had great English language skills. The large van was perfect for our Extended family of 5 . You can well imagine how much luggage we had since I was the only male. Everyone had room to stretch out and driving it was easy. We all commented on its spaciousness,and comfort!

We did a quick drop off and saw no one . Since there was no damage and the van was clean it worked for us. An appearance of a staff member for a few minutes upon departure might help. Great rental provider . Will use you again! Thanks .
