The staff at Thrifty were very nice, it was easy to choose a car and get on my way. Very pleased with drop off as staff member came out to greet me and checked the car over.

The signs were good in the car park. Staff were friendly and very prompt on both pick up and drop off. Although I book more than 10 hire cars a year, this is the first time booking with Thrifty. I was very pleased with using them and will use more often in future.

Very easy to find and book the right vehicle at the right price.

Budget themselves were ok BUT the Car was 2016 plate/High Mileage/Stain on seats/interior scuffed/interior Cover for lights in the Boot missing/hairs on back seat/ Back number plate cracked and right hand corner missing

Staff at Budget really nice, courteous and helpful. Car was clean and exceeded the spec I was expecting. Everything was explained to me. Drop off was quick and friendly.

Booking late at night for a very early collection next morning was easy. I had expections it was be a problem as it was out of hours. There was no problems at all. The price was also as good as if I booked far in advance. Very pleased.

It was ok generally allthough it had more damage on it than was annotated on the forms and we were just told to photograph it and we made a video. The extra insurance we took out to cover damages was very misleading as Eurocar still took an imprint of our credit card in case we damaged it and then we were told we would have to claim it back through the insurance plan. The insurance was very expensive and it feels like you were just trying to make up the cost of the cheap hire by loading the insurance heavily. All this needs to be made a lot clearer and not put in small print.
