I had to return the vehicle on 25/09-21 by 16:45 and indeed I did, but the counter was already closed and there was no one to get the vehicle so I left the key in the safe. The next day I received an email from Europcar that the vehicle was returned in 26/09-21. I hope everything is fine and Europcar will not charge me for another day. Sincerely. Jacob G.

The booking was great but we were somewhat surprised that to add my wife as a second driver would have almost DOUBLED the rental!!!!! The practice of charging an advance for fuel of 5 euros per litre is excessive but does ensure the vehicle is returned full of fuel. The representative who accepted the returning vehicle was very helpful and came out to check that the vehicle was undamaged and full of fuel.

Simple and safe

Tiresome when they say there is a small chip of 0.0001 mm but it's ok you will not be charged. It's annoying and condescending. I have this comment each time with Europcar and never with Hertz at the same location where I hire at least twice a month.

excellent customer service, nobody is at their best on a sunday evening if you have to work, but everything was quick and pleasant and I was soon heading to the rental car.

There was no staff available when we returned the car on the weekend, which we were not informed about earlier.

Dislike: You can't drop the car before the airport is open (not open 24/7)

Dislike: The car, an Opel Corsa, was very unconfortable. The 3 persons got backpain during the 500km we drove.

Todo perfecto, muy buen coche y viaje muy bueno. Lo único fué, que tenía que pagar una cantidad al recoger el coche y tuve que pagar 7,46 euros más. Lo demás, todo perfecto.
