The staff at the Bishop Airport branch kept trying to sell me insurance. I explained that I was only renting for one day and already had enough coverage. Since it was already past 10 p.m., they refused to hand over the car keys unless I agreed to their insurance, which cost 15.58 CAD. Although the amount wasn't much, it wasted our time and left us in a terrible mood.

The staff were friendly, but the condition of the car was below expectations. First, they hadn’t prepared the vehicle in advance, so we waited almost 40 minutes to pick it up. The car wasn’t very clean either, with some stains on the seats. We had to clean them ourselves with disinfectant wipes. The battery was only at 50%, so we had to find a charging station as soon as we left the city.
