Nice car but in a poor condition with terrible customer service.
The car was very dirty. After a few days, the remote didn't work anymore and throughout the rental I had warning messages on the dashboard (the car was long due for maintenance before the rental started). The customer service was terrible.

Easy pick up, . Be advise of toll's recharge of 10$ a day when you used, of 13 $ a day if you want flat rate. Extra charge for accident service of towing.

Overpaid for a smaller vehicle, had no idea who to complain to to rectify the situation.
Paid extra for a vehicle that would seat 7. The car did not seat 7, it seated 5. When I spoke to the Hertz staff she indicated that the car does seat 7 and told me it has a third row seat. I went back out to the car to check and It did not. She told me the only other car they could offer me would cost an additional 100.00 per day.
