    Car was practically new and drove like dream. Very spacious and kids loved it too. So was very happy. However price was a bit higher than I anticipated. Booking price got increased by $100 at least.

    There was no service at all. Especially when we went down to the basement level 3 to pick up the car, the black female employee just parked the car there and told us to move it so we wouldn't block them. Then she got into another car and started chatting with a customer. Since we didn’t know that the trunk handle was on one side of the tail light, we had to go over to her and ask how to open it. She impatiently told us that the handle was by the tail light. Additionally, the phone at this location was always unanswered after being connected. Even when we called during their working hours with billing questions after returning the car, no one ever picked up. Overall, the service experience was extremely poor!

    Booked more than 10 days in advance, but was told there were no cars upon arrival! The issue is that everyone else waiting was told there were 'no cars' too! They only had a 'pick up truck, do you want it? If not, there's nothing else, just wait. How long? No idea!' After strong protest, they suddenly had a car available two minutes later!

    I arrived at the store at the agreed time and was informed that the reserved model was unavailable. I needed to wait one to two hours for the car to be delivered. I had only booked the car for one day, from 10:00 AM, and waiting two hours would waste the entire day. After negotiating with the store and coordinating with the rental platform, I was eventually given a Mazda SUV. I finally got the car at 11:00 AM. Really unreliable!
