when i returned the vehicle there was only one staff. that's why i had to wait more than 10 minutes to drop-off. i think there should be more staffs because so many customers including me are supposed to be racing to the airport.

It was average. Can you believe the downtown pickup location had only two or three cars? I booked a Camry but got a Chevrolet with seventy to eighty thousand kilometers on it. The air conditioning didn't work well, and I didn't have time to get a replacement. Avoid this company.
