I waited at the counter for prob 15 min while staff kept coming in & out of the front area saying they would be with me in a minute. Then I had to work really hard to get the quoted price for my rental as the agent kept trying to upsell me & continually tried to blatantly ignore my questions regarding the price. I think they were out of the cheapest compact car I had requested & rather than providing me a free upgrade they were trying to upsell me & make me pay the difference. I left with the same price as I had been quoted but boy did they try & use all the sales tactics in the book to get me to pay more. I would NOT recommend renting from budget! If u do go in with your master negotiator hat on.

Des frais supplémentaires au moment du retrait du véhicule, avec des explicitations pas très claires. Du coup notre tarif de location peu élevé au départ a doublé. Par exemple, on nous fait payer un plein d'essence entier, même si on loue une voiture pour moins de 48h pour faire juste quelques kilomètres dans le coin, une façon peu honnête d'encaisser beaucoup d'argent. Imaginez ce gain multiplié par des milliers de voitures louées ! Alors que sur tous les lieux touristiques, nous avons rencontré des personnes parlant aussi le français (langue du Québec, province canadienne), chez Budget, personne ne parlait le français.

픽업 카운터 직원은 그다지 친절하지 않았고 전문성도 좀 떨어져 보험 관련 질문에 속시원한 답변을 들을 수 없었습니다. 차에 네비가 장착되어 있냐고 물었더니 그렇다고 했지만 실제론 없었습니다. 하지만 계약한 Hyundai Elantra 대신 받은 Infinity 차는 트렁크가 좀 작은 점을 제외하고는 매우 좋은 차였습니다. 승차감도 좋고 여러가지 안전장치도 있고. 전반적으로 만족합니다.
