Please contact the staff to pick you up to Aucomm - Vancouver car rental when you arrived.

After placing your order, please contact us via WeChat: aucommvan, email: infovancouver@aucomm.ca, or WhatsApp: +17789890528 to confirm your arrival flight time. Upon arriving at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), please contact Aucomm staff to confirm the airport pick-up location and proceed to the designated meeting point with your luggage. Aucomm staff will be waiting for you and remain in contact with you at all times. Present your valid identification and booking number, and Aucomm staff will escort you back to the store to complete the pick-up process (approximately 10 minutes). Begin your journey. Note: Additional fees may apply for pick-ups outside of working hours. In case of emergency, please call +1 7789890528. Please be aware that the process for airport pick-ups outside of working hours will be determined based on the actual situation.

Drop-off Instructions

1. Please return your vehicle to the Aucomm Vancouver branch, where Aucomm staff will be waiting for you and will stay in touch with you at all times. Return the vehicle, inspect it, and return the keys. 2. Aucomm staff will transport guests to the designated airport terminal. Please note: returning the vehicle during working hours is free of charge. There will be an additional fee for returns outside of working hours. In case of emergencies, please call +1 7789890528.

Very efficient. We accidentally damaged their car, but the staff assisted us over the phone the entire time, didn't blame us at all, and were very proactive in resolving the issue. Made us feel very secure.
