International arrival terminal once exits the baggage claims area. Exit C please turn right and looking for BUA counter on the your left hand side. Exit B please turn left and looking for BUA counter. Once you've finished the procedures, just go down to 1F and exit Gate 7. Cross the road to the outer lane. Follow the sign that reads "Car Rental" to the parking lot. Look for the “BUA" sign, and our staff will be there to bring you to our parking lot to pick up your car which is 4 kilometers away from the airport.

Friendly counter staff. Very old car, 200,000+ km. Engine didn’t run smoothly. Inside looks aged. Around cups holder area is very dirty. Marks on windscreen from previous rental due to the gps suction holder.

The price is cheap, but the car they gave me was not cleaned after the previous use. I suggest cleaning the interior before giving the car to the next customer.

The staff was lazy and had no sense of time. They took me to pick up the car well past the scheduled time, and the car's battery was dead and wouldn't start. Do they not check the cars before handing them over to customers? I was delayed for four hours with three kids sleeping on lounge chairs. All our pre-planned schedules were disrupted and compressed. They gave me a different car that was even older with over 80,000 kilometers. Normally, if they cause trouble for the customer, they should upgrade to a better car, but they didn't. They are not the car rental company I booked with; they said they are just their partner. This is deceptive to consumers.
