Q1.What is an insurance excess?
The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle.
Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental.
Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?
QEEQ will show you the car offers available at your chosen time on the search results.
However, pick-up or drop-off out of general opening hours may subject to an extra fee unless self-service pick-up or drop-off is available.
After you reserve a car on QEEQ, we will inform you of specific policy of the car hire company by email.
Q4. Can I take the hired car to another country or cross border?
If you want to pick up your car in one country and drop it in another, your search results will show you cars you can do that with.
If you're planning to cross any borders during your trip, bear in mind:
1. You may have to pay more.
There are often extra fees, taxes or additional cover you'll pay at the car hire counter.
2.It may not be allowed.
Depending on where you're hiring, you may not be able to take your car to another country.
Please email us if you want to take your hire car into a different country during your trip, and we'll talk you through your options.
Q5. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it at different location?
Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Whether it is inclued in the rental price or what additional cost may arise will be clearly stated at the time of booking on QEEQ.
Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip. You will find a phone number on the rental agreement you signed at pickup.

We never saw them. The location on the platform was wrong. Later, when we called, they said the store was not at the airport. Sometimes they said they would deliver the car to our hotel, other times they said there were no cars available. Various excuses... Later we took a taxi to the hotel, they said they would deliver the car, but never contacted us again.

Searched the entire airport and asked many staff members only to find out the store is not at the airport. Had to call for a pickup. Called them, provided my booking number, and arranged a meeting place. Waited 20 minutes after being told it would take 5 minutes, only to get a call telling me no vehicles were available, and that was it. Contacted the rental platform, but they couldn't reach the store either. They suggested I take a taxi to my hotel and promised to arrange it the next day. The next day, still couldn't reach the store. I only had the IDL translation and English notarized document arranged through the rental platform, and this was the only company that allowed rentals with those documents. Others required an international driving permit (IDP), so the rental platform couldn't help. My trip was nearly ruined. It's been three days since I returned home, and the rental platform still hasn't provided a reasonable solution. Very disappointed!

They told me to wait for five minutes, but after 20 minutes, they called back saying no cars were available. After that, they just stopped responding. Contacted the rental platform, but they also couldn't reach the office. They suggested I take a taxi to the hotel and promised to arrange a car for the next day, but the same issue persisted. I only had the rental platform's IDL translation and English notarized certificate. This rental company was the only one that accepted it; others required an international driving permit (IDP). My trip was almost entirely ruined. It's been three days since I returned home, and the rental platform still hasn't given me a reasonable solution. Very disappointing experience!

I booked car for pick_up at 11am but had no details of the driver and had to follow-up for one long hour with my family waiting outside in sun. The agreement terms and conditions said I will be charged more if driver had to wait but do I get refund of me and my family waiting for more than an hour .. Also the fuel tank was not full.

My pick up was on airport but they called me to Avis Bengaluru office near HBR layout which cost me 700 INR and then car was not ready, even they could not find my booking till half hour. After real fight, they agreed to give me the car, which was real shit. Our drop off was on Airport and then some guy from Avis started asking for Toll which required if you want to go to the city. Really? Its your responsibility to go back. I paid when I was coming to airport, now if you wanna go back in city, pay yourself. Afte this fight they threatened me to get it cut from Deposit amount and they did. 300 INR, for 90 INR toll.
