The service was fine and patient. We reserved a V60 but got a diesel V90 CC instead. The car was in great and new condition. The only issue was that the child seat provided didn't match our reservation. My son had to squeeze in for 10 days. They said a compatible model would be available the next day, but since we had everything planned, we couldn't go back to exchange the seat.

When we arrived at Kiruna train station, we found that the car pickup point was further away, and we needed to take a taxi. However, it was snowing heavily, and there were no taxis available. Reluctantly, we called the rental company, and they came to pick us up without hesitation. It was like a godsend!

Kiruna Airport is quite small, and there was no queue when we arrived, making the pickup process very smooth.

El alquiler según la página se haría desde el aeropuerto pero resultó que la oficina no estaba en el aeropuerto, sino en un polígono en el concesionario de Wolksvagen. Esto provocó pérdida de dinero y tiempo.

The staff was okay. He got us lost, but after admitting his mistake, his attitude improved. He was quite rude before admitting it.

Everything was good. They just gave me the wrong confirmation slip when picking up the car. My English isn't good, and it was at night, so I didn't realize until later. I had to go back to get the correct one before returning the car.
