1. The vehicle provided by Enterprise had not undergone pre-rental maintenance. The fuel tank was not full, the car was not cleaned, the windshield washer fluid was not refilled, and the overall condition of the car was not thoroughly checked. The left front tire visibly had low air pressure, but despite my explicit request, they still rented out the car, claiming there was no warning from the vehicle. This made the entire rental experience anxiety-inducing and presented potential safety hazards. Additionally, after driving less than 700 kilometers, the vehicle displayed a warning for low engine oil (AB Blue) indicating it would not start after 2400 kilometers. Simultaneously, the tire pressure warning also appeared... In short, this rental experience was nerve-wracking, very stressful, and overall quite unpleasant. 2. I suggest that Zuzuche should clearly require this partner to perform proper vehicle maintenance and safety checks before renting out a car. Customers' safety should be the top priority.

This made the rental experience very nerve-wracking, posing potential safety risks. Additionally, after driving less than 700 kilometers, the vehicle warned of low engine oil (AB Blue) and indicated it would not start after 2400 kilometers; also, there was a tire pressure warning. Overall, this rental experience was alarming and stressful with very poor service. 2. I suggest that zhuanzhuche emphasizes to this partner that vehicle maintenance and safety checks must be conducted before renting out a car, prioritizing customer safety as the most important concern.

The service was good, but there was only one staff member, and I waited in line for nearly an hour.
