Smooth journey from picking up to return.

The entire process was smooth, including being greeted with a sign at the airport, instructions on right-hand driving, and the service attitude. The car pickup and drop-off were right at the terminal entrance. Especially when I accidentally locked the keys inside the car, they provided efficient emergency rescue!

Upgraded to Myvi car. Car is old and noisy engine. Front glass is tinted too much. vision is not clear at night.

Last minute booking. Bezza wasn’t available, so was offered Vios instead. Was met just outside the arrival hall, good customer service and smooth registration. Car was already waiting outside the door.
