Overall service was okay, but we had to pay a 40 MYR service fee because we were 40 minutes late due to taking the wrong exit.

The service was alright, but the car was terrible. It was a bizarre model that didn't seem like a normal car and consumed a lot of fuel! Half a tank was gone in no time.
