Extremely satisfied. I've rented cars all over the world many times, and this was my first time renting in Japan. The service provided by this company was impeccable—the staff were highly responsible and promptly responsive. They handled pickup and drop-off with shuttle service throughout, making it a worry-free car rental experience. Definitely a highly recommended rental company.
The car model did not match the description, the vehicle was old, and overall the experience was very poor.
