Very satisfied with Alpha's service. When returning the car, I couldn't find a gas station, but the staff kindly reminded me that I could fill up the tank myself before returning the car and even told me the location of nearby gas stations. Very considerate! The only inconvenience was that Alpha is not located in the airport terminal and requires a shuttle ride, but everything else was great.
car was good. The only downside was a 30min wait for the shuttle from the airport to the car pickup. Everything else was fine
