From patiently answering my inquiries, to efficiently handling the paperwork, and carefully reminding me during the car handover, every step was full of enthusiasm. Her sincere smile and professional attitude made me feel genuinely cared for. She truly deserves praise!
The car rental service was excellent! The staff were very polite, patient, and enthusiastic, providing thorough service. I had a minor scratch during the trip, but since I had purchased insurance, I didn't need to pay for it. If you're staying at a hotel in Penang, I recommend buying extra insurance—it's inexpensive and very convenient. The company staff even personally delivered the insurance document to my hotel for signing, which was incredibly thoughtful! It was a very enjoyable trip, and I'll definitely choose them again next time.
