The service was enthusiastic and proactive, but the provided car was in poor condition. It took an hour and a half to pick up the car, and there were more damages on the vehicle than recorded by the company. The right rearview mirror's turn signal was broken and exposed, forcing me to switch to another car. The replacement car also had several unrecorded damages. The pickup experience was very unpleasant.
They said there were no automatic vehicles available unless it was an electric car. Currently in the complaint process.
