Before picking up the car, I was not informed how to get the vehicle. After landing, I had to call to arrange for them to drive the car over, resulting in waiting at the airport.
I arrived at Terminal 3, the rental office is at Terminal 1. The rental company staff came to pick me up at Terminal 3. However, you need to contact them in advance.
The rental car employees were very dedicated and patient, making us feel at home and well taken care of, even in a foreign country. They were understanding and provided service with a smile, leaving a great impression. Highly commendable!
