The staff were very friendly, patient, and enthusiastically recommended tourist attractions at the destination! They also helped us extend the return time.
The store was very clean. The staff provided a card with instructions on how to fill out forms and important notes. They left an email address and I continue to receive promotional offers. The car was very clean and had a prominent rental company logo. The process was quick, and all scratches pointed out during the inspection were accurately recorded. Very good service.
Actually, they seemed to intentionally make things difficult for Chinese travelers and deceive them about prices. The staff had a very bad attitude. Meanwhile, Western customers next to us were treated well. The main point is that we are not even Chinese, but the staff made a mistake and gave us extremely poor service. Very dissatisfied.
The car was dirty on the roof inside which wasn’t particularly nice. Otherwise all good.
