Pros:
They pick you up in the car you rent.
They properly document any vehicle damages and remind you to do the same.
The pickup process was fairly quick and easy.
Condition of the car was fine.
Cons:
When you arrive, you are surprised by cleaning and another fee. While they are probably in some print somewhere, they were not obvious through the booking process.
When returning the car, they expect you to fill the gas tank to a fraction, not full. It is a pain and would be much easier if the car had a full tank of gas when you got it and had to be returned that way.
When we returned the car, the refund of the deposit to our credit card failed completely. They said the option is to do a wire transfer, which according to the internet is sketchy.

The website is good. We will possibly use it again if it has the best price. We did not end up needing customer service for anything, so I can't speak about that.
