We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come. The car has scratches all round the car. When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry. Very pool services

Typical okinawan/ Japanese service. Very efficient and courteous. I stayed in touch with them on LINE messenger and they picked us up from the airport swiftly. Took us to the car. Checked documents and away we went. The Honda FIT is a great car, very economical and compact but surprisingly big inside. I would definitely recommend these and I will be using them again. The deal clincher for me was the no deposit. I don't use credit cards abroad.
