Overall experience was great and they change my car types based on our condition esp my dad is with wheelchair.

Hi there my recent rental reference number refers (45001997). The car was in the most deplorable conditions. I've used your services all over the world this year, namely USA, Australia and Iceland. The car was filthy (not washed or cleaned) upon collection, brakes barely worked, was making a helluva noise, and the icing on the cake was when the cockroaches came out to play when dusk dawned upon the island of Langkawi. Although I appreciated their company, the uninvited guests in my rented car were most unwelcome. Is there a way you can streamline your partners or ensure they provide cars that are decent in condition?!

Like: Having a car in Langkawi is so much convenient. You can travel to any part of the island without any worry of too much baggage of the next taxi would have cost too much.
Dislike: If the car provide would have some sort of a phone holder for easier navigation and safety reason.
